With four acres of camping field and twenty acres of mixed woodland and pine plantation, Ratlingate provides an excellent base for outdoor activities. There is ample wood for open fires. campers have access to water at several standpipes around the site and have the use of the toilet block in the main building.
The centre is located at the top of the large camping field and adjacent to an extensive car park easily able to accommodate coaches.
Not only does Ratlingate have extensive camping facilities it also has a purpose-built centre complete with dorm rooms, large hall, catering kitchen, balcony and modern washrooms and showers. This can be booked along with the campground.
Our new activity barn also allows the opportunity for wet weather activities and has it's very own bouldering wall with graded routes.
The camping area is bordered by mixed woodland to the North & South. Beyond the wetland area at the bottom of the site is a large pine forest.
